Paleo One Pan Sausage and Veggie Chop
1 lb of your favorite precooked no nitrate sausage
1 sweet potato chopped
1 white potato chopped
2 medium-size carrots, chopped into small rounds
1 red pepper, cut into large slices
1/2 red onion sliced
3 cloves of minced
2 tbs of olive oil
1 1/2 tbs of Italian seasoning
A healthy pinch of red pepper flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375-degrees F
In a large mixing bowl, add chopped veggies and sausage
Add olive oil and seasonings and mix
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil
Spread out the veggies and sausage across the baking sheet
Place uncovered in oven
Bake 30 - 45 minutes, turning veggies and sausage occasionally
Check sweet potatoes. When sweet potatoes are soft you are good to go!
